Knitted Wire Mesh

HESLY Knitted Wire Mesh is available in various diameters of wire that are knitted into a tubular form. It is then flattened into continuous lengths and rolled up for packaging. The standard knit of the insulation mesh is 8 stitches per inch of width and 6-8 courses per inch of length.

The majority of the material we use for knitted wire mesh rolls is 100% recyclable, which is becoming more and more of a global issue in many areas of industry.

Weaving: the knit fabric hangs up a plait, knitted into a tubular form, and then flattened into continuous lengths and rolled up for packaging.

Wire diameter: commonly used is 0.20mm to 0.28mm

Width: 12ft, 18ft, 24ft, 30ft, 36ft, 42ft etc.

Our mesh also can be supplied in a crimped style at the customers request.

Crimped type: twill, herringbone.

Crimped depth: commonly is 3cm-5cm, special size is also available.
